From Musical Theatre to Rock - Chris is able to perform to a high standard in all genres.  

Having gained a place at the prestigious Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts, London.  Chris studied for his degree in Musical Theatre and quickly went straight into work on stages around the UK playing roles such as Judas - Jesus Christ Superstar, Che - Evita, Mungojerrie - Cats and many more roles that have shaped his performing career.

 

As well as an onstage performer, Chris is a multiple instrumentalist, playing Piano, Drums, Guitar and Bass Guitar and has worked professionally as a Musical Director for shows such as Rent, Cats, Annie, Grease and Rock of Ages.

 

Away from the theatre scene Chris has performed all over Europe in bands and as a solo artist.

 

Having recorded vocals for Disney on their compilation albums, Chris has worked on stages large and small.  

 

Now residing in Poulton-le-Fylde, in Lancashire Chris runs his own music school and recording studio - Chris Higgins Music - passing on his knowledge and skills onto the performers of tomorrow.
